Standard Damage Terms
Deductible: $250 on accidental damage

Intentional damage, theft, missing parts, damage from misuse
Important:
If damage occurs, call us immediately. Most damage is repairable and we just need to know what happened.
Optional Damage Waiver
Cost: $35–60/day (typically 10–15% of rental rate)

If Equipment Fails During Rental

Call us immediately. All equipment is professionally maintained and tested before each rental.

We replace the equipment at no charge.
If it's user error:
We work with you to fix it or replace it quickly.

Equipment failure happens. Call us first and we will get you back to work quickly.
Important Policy Notes
Deposit Hold
We place a hold on your card for the deposit amount. This is not a charge. It is released within 24 hours of equipment return in good condition.
Late Returns
If you need more time, call us before your return time. Additional rental days may apply.
Photo Documentation
We photograph equipment before and after every rental. This protects both you and us from disputes about pre-existing damage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, absolutely! Depending on the length of your rental and the type of truck/trailer, our delivery rates are as follows:
- Single Truck/Trailer Delivery Times 1-44 Minutes = $85 Round Trip
- Single Truck/Trailer Delivery Times 45-75 Minutes = $125 Round Trip
- Dual Load Truck/Trailer Delivery Times 1-44 Minutes = $125 Round Trip
- Dual Load Truck/Trailer Delivery Times 45-75 Minutes = $200 Round Trip
There are four specified distances to choose froom when extending the boom. Please note that the lift capacity is affected by how far the boom is extended.
- Hook Position 1: 4' 0" with 6,000 lb. lift capacity
- Hook Position 2: 7' 0" with 4,000 lb. capacity
- Hook Poistion 3: 9' 0" with 3,000 lb. capacity
- Hook Position 4: 12' 0" with 2,000 lb. capacity
The Star Industries Jib Boom has large fork pockets to accomodate almost any forklift. It can accept forks up to 2.5' thick and 7" wide.
